Return Window
You can request and ship a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing? Contact us (within 48 hours) with photos or documentation. We’ll arrange return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days as long as it’s unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method minus the applicable restocking fee.
Refund Processing After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Important Manufacturer Note from Scott Aerator:
Please note that 115V units are only compatible with power cords up to 100ft in length from the breaker to the fountain. If you are needing a longer power cord length, please go up to our 230V units to avoid amperage drops.
L6-20 plug is required by the 230V and a 20 amp double pole breaker.

All standard Scott Aerator Company products are warranted to the original owner for five years against motor defects in materials or workmanship, no questions asked. All other product components are warranted for one year from date of purchase. Scott Aerator Company will replace failed parts under warranty when the defective unit is returned to the factory, shipping prepaid by customer, if factory inspection establishes that the part was defective. The unit must be returned to the factory prior to shipment of replacement parts. All parts replaced under this warranty if requested will be returned with shipping prepaid. Neither Scott Aerator Company nor OxenandOak will be liable for consequential damage nor for any costs associated with removal or attempts to repair components in the field.
