You can request and ship a return within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing? Contact us (within 48 hours) with photos or documentation. We’ll arrange return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days as long as it’s unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method minus the applicable restocking fee.

Refund Processing After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Product Description

Please note that 115V units are only compatible with power cords up to 100ft in length from the breaker to the fountain.  If you are needing a longer power cord length, please go up to our 230V units to avoid amperage drops.  

L6-20 plug is required by the 230V and a 20 amp double pole breaker.

  • Oil-free, water-cooled motor.
  • Approved for use in salt water.
  • ARL tested and approved to be in compliance with the applicable requirements of UL and the National Electric Code as complete packages.

4 Season Operation

  • Fountain can be left in water year-round, including winter months.
  • Able to operate in all temperatures.
  • During winter months, unit should run 24/7 or be shut off entirely. Once pond thaws in the springtime, simply turn the unit back on.

 

5 Year Warranty

  • All standard Scott Aerator Company products are warranted to the original owner for five years against motor defects in materials or workmanship, no questions asked.
  • The unit must be returned to the factory prior to shipment of replacement parts.
  • Neither OxenandOak nor the Scott Aerator Company will be liable for consequential damage nor for any costs associated with removal or attempts to repair components in the field.
